Feel that. Plan was originally to fly before heading to the in-laws' place but as we rolled into town it was already pouring. Noticed a small break on the radar not long after arriving, so I scooted out to the school near where they live and ripped it 'til I felt a few rain drops lol

Drop a throttle limit into its betaflight config until you're more comfortable flying it - that'll probably do wonders for you, tbh

Nice. Aside from the camera poking out, the only real issue I'd worry about is that VTX antenna ripping off. Maybe not a bad idea to find a way to secure it to the frame to help mitigate the chance of g-forces ripping it out on a hard crash.

Got it. Based on my experience, this is usually indicative of the seller/sender having created a shipping label, but that the carrier hasn't yet scanned the physical package into their network. Seller may have printed the label at home or in their warehouse but haven't yet handed the box over to the carrier. Alternatively, it could mean that the seller dropped the package off w/ the carrier but that it was missed on the initial scan phase and is actually moving through the network unscanned until a sorting facility down the line catches it and scans it in. Might not be a horrible idea to double check w/ the seller directly to confirm where they are at with it though.

Might be worth plugging that tracking number into 17Track - it's been a super reliable platform for me whenever the baseline tracking data is weak or otherwise missing.

Thanks dude! Definitely slowing things down lately over on my end, not for lack of desire to rip, but to practice up for some creative ideas I've got cooking up on the backburner. Moved my action cam mount over to the cinewhoop and got it zip tied in, so it's there for the foreseeable future. Looking forward to being able to spill the beans on the creative work soon™

Assuming you're talking about charging rate, 6A against 680mAh is equivalent to 8.82C - pretty dangerous to charge at that rate and significantly reduces battery lifespan. Going above 2C in most cases is not a great idea.

Supposed to be pretty durable. Comes with a cage but it doesn't offer a ton of extra protection intrinsically and connects to the mount via a magnetized clip which I would imagine cant really withstand a really hard crash without launching the camera and cage - I recommend a more solid custom mount with additional protection. It comes stock with one 1800mah (IIRC) battery but you can find 2100mah off brands super cheap. I am pretty sure that you can power it through your balance lead with a 5v converter and USB C rig.

DJI Osmo Action 4 has been super solid for me. Excellent quality, can record 10-bit D-Log M, and great low-light performance for about half the price of a Go Pro. Alternatively, the Runcam Thumb Pro 4k v2 (or Runcam Thumb Pro W, name varies depending on where you're buying it) is a great budget action cam.

You're intrinsically going to pay more for a digital FPV system than an analog one. If you're trying to save money, analog is your best bet. Alternatively, you may find a decent deal through eBay or any local social media drone-focused groups.
