Left a review on product Matek H743-Wing V3 Flight Controller

Amazing package

The separate daughter board makes this very nice to use, beeper is loud, power is exceptionally stable. Runs Ardupilot like a champ and the layout makes it a breeze to work with with classic servo connectors. A BIG recommendation on this one for anyone dipping their toes into the world of wings - can't miss with this one!

Great wing, but very hard to launch

Amazing efficency, glides well, but needs a lot of weight up front to make it stable - very easy to make it too tail heavy - especially without an action cam. This makes it heavy and in turn very hard to launch. Would not recommend as a beginner wing, but for stable cruising it is great. The "hot-swap" wing design is great for portability and the wing is really nice to build within.

Overall, thing's fun to fly and build, but a pain to launch. I've spent more time gluing it back together after failed launches than flying it. But when it does fly, boy does it glide well and it's efficient as hell!

Great package but underpowered

Overall a great sturdy package. Great for beginners, but performance has room to improve. Feels very floaty.

Amazing out of the box

Great fly out of the box, insanely easy setup and good quality flight even when carrying a full-sized action camera. The buzzer could be better though, shifts pitch and becomes quiet occasionally. Could also have a tiny battery for the beeper when the battery gets thrown out.

Amazing value for the price

Got a great deal on banggood for it years ago, still my main radio. Very customizable, the only thing I have against it is the "hollow" feeling of it - but that makes it great for mods. Not so great if you don't want to play around with modding.

Let's take flight together and elevate the world of FPV drones to new heights.
