I have been a musician for over 60 years now. To me, FPV is a lot like mastering a musical instrument and writing music. The controller, goggles and quad are liken to a musical instrument. And, like the musician, the FPV pilot, has to meet the same stringent demands and dedication needed to master their art. In other words, it takes a lot of work! Like music, FPV has many different genres (styles). Each style is a unique personal artistic expression. From a ballet in the sky, like long range cinematic freestyle, to the abstract, jazz like, expressionism of sbang. FPV fills the ticket! I would like to thank all of the other wonderful pilots, for sharing their amazing FPV accomplishments with me. Why do we fly? Because, we gotta! Fly safe, fly free! - oldguyFPV

I fly as far away from people as I can!  In fact, I avoid people, like I do VD!!!  It doesn't matter if you are flying legally or not, the general public are assholes.  They see you flying and immediately think that all you are doing is spying on them!  Like you have nothing better to do! When it comes to FPV, they are as dumb as a box of rocks and nothing but trouble!  There are plenty of spots to fly where there aren't any people, you just have to look around a bit to find them.  Fly safe, fly free! 😁

I appreciate the comment, but I am an oldguy!  Older than the hills I fly around.  In fact, I'm recovering from some heart issues right now.  I have been posting videos from a month or so ago.  Hopefully, I will be back in the field again in a couple of weeks.  Right now spending a lot of time on the simulator.  Thanks again for the support.  I luv to fly!  Why?  Because, I gotta!!! 😁

I’m flyin my 5inch quad today. Rippin a monster mining head frame at the old Travona mine cite. Gotta be real careful here, if I hit this monster, it usually creams my quad. I have broke a lot of frames, arms, motors and cameras here. It also has a security fence around it, so its hard to recover my quad if I crash. Nothing but hard things everywhere, so a crash is no fun at all! Flights here are always a challenge. So, why do I do it? Because, I gotta! Enjoy! Fly safe, fly free!

The reason that the video quality is not so good - make sure that the player is set at 1080p or higher when you are watching.  Right now the player that I'm watching is set at 360p, as soon as I set it at 1080p the picture is clear as a bell! 😁
