Yeah this is the one I'm testing. Holds up to one hell of a beating so far but I want to test it myself for long-range purposes as well. Who knows, and maybe a certain YouTuber. Might want to get their hands on one of these frames to try out hahahaha.
Right now the issue is being able to afford these crazy ass prices for stacks. A half decent stack is at least 120 to 150 bucks... Might go with the Goku. Speedybee that I love is too expensive right now. Unless someone opens my eyes to a whole new world of something cheap and fantastic!

Another side project... Is still working on my modular frame solution. Now for the expensive part, trying to find a flight stack at a reasonable price... Anybody got some on hand or know where I can grab one affordably?

Dont be so down man. Think of it this way. Was the flight legal or not isn't the issue here IMO.
1: Did you truly do anything wrong? No.
2: Was anyone hurt? No.
3: Did the kids involved have a blast? Yes!
4: Did you manage to multi-task with ought killing a drone? Yes!
5: And did you get the satisfaction of pissing of a no good busy-body Karen who has nothing better to do than try and ruin someone else's day? Yes!

I would recommend the Darkstar, its an awesome little drone! I've flown it and it handles great. I would get one but I'm going Walksnail and not DJI.
For something just cheap and it works. There's the betafpv sim controller:
For something that's a little more quality and actually functional, there's the radiomaster t8l:
But if you want a controller you can practice with and then finally use once you're up and running then you definitely want the radiomaster pocket:

@tallFPV That is very true, but freestyle is less of an issue. If your going to race you need to be worried tho. I freestyle with my DJI at the moment and I hear that Walksnails Ascent platform offers even better latency from all the Tubers. Honestly, right now just get your foot in the door and get hands on! see if its for you and if you think you should sink the hard $$$ in to the faster sysytems!

@AurilFPV I wanted to get some fatsharks or HD's... not at 800 bucks... ill get Ascent goggles for 150, and for 39 bucks per VTX its a no brainer I would think. HD video, 8k range, and cheap... Gimmy, Gimmy. Trying to get rid of my DJI because Walksnail is on fire!

Unfortunately at that price point you're going to have to settle for Budget goggles more than anything so don't expect the greatest range unless somehow you can get a directional antenna on there. The EACHINE EV800D I would say is a very budget pair of goggles, but you can swap out the antennas and you can even pop it off as a field monitor.
For what it's worth, if you're willing to step away from analog then I would definitely say look at the new Ascent system from Walksnail.

Just threw up some STL files on Cults priced for what I think is cheap that works with the new Ascent system to fit it to the O4 Pro system. Hope it helps everyone!

I needed to fit my ascent Lite+ to my Flywoo LR4 so I mashed one up myself. Gotta keep on flying!
I bought two of these suckers for my 10 inch mark 4 V2. Want to get some proper long range flight time. I actually have a post of of the finished assembly.
Right now it's using a DJI 04 pro, but I'm hoping to sell my DJI gear to buy walksnail gear instead.
@onlythedronie depending on how much that sucker runs it's definitely an option, but it's probably out of my price ranges. I'm trying to Penny pinch to get up and flying long range right now. Might have to resort to the ammo can!
